Our service provides a suite of software tools for restaurants, including but not limited to QR code-based digital menus, order management systems, a Kitchen Display System (KDS), and analytics dashboards. The specific features available to you will depend on your subscription plan.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

To access most features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ezycafe.in upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain parts of the Service are available only through a paid subscription plan ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it.

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. By providing payment information, you agree to be bound by Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. EzyCafe does not store your credit card or full payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that would violate these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload, including menu items and pricing, and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall our service, its affiliates, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sangli, Maharashtra.
