Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription to EzyCafe at any time. The cancellation can be initiated from the "Subscription" or "Billing" section within your account dashboard.

2. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active with full access to paid features until the end of your current paid billing period (monthly or annually). After the billing period concludes, your account will automatically be downgraded to our Free Plan. Your data will be retained in accordance with the Free Plan's limitations.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. As our service is digital and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or downgrades. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

4. One-Time Hardware Purchases

All sales of physical hardware bundles are final and non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement under the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Disputes

Any disputes arising from this policy shall be governed by the laws of India and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sangli, Maharashtra.
